Two local Palos Verdes elementary schools were awarded the California Distinguished School Award - Silver Spur Elementary and Rancho Vista Elementary.

Palos Verdes 2019 Summer School Registration begins online for high school students on March 19, 2019, for intermediate students on March 25, 2019, and for elementary school children on April 8, 2019.

Peninsula Education Foundation's Main Event "Totally 80's Bash" will be held at Terranea Resort on Saturday, May 12, 2018, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There will be dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions with the proceeds going to support the Palos Verdes Peninsula School program.
