Palos Verdes Enjoys Easter At Terranea Resort!
The beautiful Terranea Resort, located in Palos Verdes, will be offering Palos Verdes homes owners an opportunity to experience wonderful restaurants and an exquisite views while joining them for Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 27, 2016.
Terranea Resort offers a variety of food choices to choose from at their various restaurants. The Easter Ballroom Brunch will take place in the Palos Verdes Grand Ballroom. This annual holiday brunch will offer a selection of house-made morning pastries, an omelet & egg station, an Asian kitchen buffet, pasta and risotto station, carving board, salad bar, dessert station and more. There will also be a children’s buffet and children’s dessert table. The seating times are as follows: 9:30, 10:00 & 10:30 a.m, and afternoon times of 1:00, 1:30 & 2:00 p.m. The cost for brunch is: adults $95 (includes champagne), children 4-10 $47, and children 3 and under are free. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Mar’sel Restaurant will be have a four course bottomless mimosa brunch available. Their menu options will include a smoked fish platter, Market Cheese and Charcuterie Vermont Maple Syrup, Creme Brulee French Toast, Rosemary Leg of Lamb, Spanish Chorizo Omelette, Burrata Burger, Pistachio Meyer Lemon Mouse Cake, Valrhona Milk Chocolate Tore and more. They will be serving from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and the price is $85 for adults.
Catalina Kitchen will be offering a holiday brunch buffet with their beautiful ocean view. Their buffet menu is available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The cost for this buffet is $80 for adults and $35 for children 5 – 12 years of age. Children 4 and under are complimentary. There will be bottomless Mimosas, Sangria & Bloody Mary bar for an additional $20.
Bashi restaurant will be serving their contemporary blends of Asian flavors including Duck Fried Rice, Sweet Soy Braised Australian Lamb Shank, and Sizzling Bulgogi Chicken Thighs. They will be serving from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and their menu is a la carte.
For more casual dining, Nelson’s will be offering their everyday a la carte menu as well as a blue plate special from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Their special Easter Blue Plate will be a Roasted Leg of Lamb Sandwich with sliced roasted leg of lamb, ciabatta bread, tzatziki sauce, pickled red onion, oven roasted tomato and arugula.
For those of you who love all the special food that is prepared on this day, but would prefer to relax and enjoy at home, Easter To Go is available at Sea Beans. Just call in advance and they can prepare gourmet meals for you to take home to enjoy. For more information call (310) 265-2766.
Terranea’s Egg Eggstravaganza will take place in the Palos Verdes Meadow where children will make their way through the special wonderland and collect scattered eggs along the way. There will also be a petting zoo, an egg hunt, an arts and crafts booth and carnival games. This Eggstravaganza is complimentary for Brunch and Resort guests only, and not open to the public. It will take place on Easter Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
