Palos Verdes homes sales in the Eastview RPV neighborhood for the first half of 2018 decreased to 22 single family homes sold compared to 24 in 2017. Price per square foot for Eastview RPV houses that sold in the first half of 2018 increased to $511 compared to $505 in 2017 a 1.1% increase. Average sale price for Eastview Palos Verdes homes sales in the Eastview RPV neighborhood for the first half of 2018 was just about the same at $899,295 (in 2018) compared to $899,704 in 2017. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $1,300,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Eastview RPV neighborhood was $700,000.
Currently, the Eastview RPV neighborhood has 19 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 15 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $775,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,409 square foot home, to $1,399,000 for a 4 bedroom/5 bath, 3,466 square foot home. There are 4 condos/townhomes for sale ranging in price from $568,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1,156 square foot condo/townhome, to $649,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,282 square foot condo/townhome.
