On Saturday, November 20th, starting at 4:00 p.m., the Promenade on the Peninsula will start off its annual holiday traditions. First the local shops will invite you in to enjoy holiday promotions and prior to the Holiday Tree Lighting there will be refreshments and snacks. The Annual Tree Lighting Event starts at 6:00 p.m. with a showcase of local talent featuring Palos Verdes Ballet, the Norris Center for the Performing Arts Education Department, and the San Pedro Peninsula YMCA. At the end there will be a much anticipated visit with Santa which is scheduled from 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
