On July 17, 2011 from 1:00-5:00 p.m., Freedom 4U will be presenting Jazz Through The Generations at Terranea Resort. This will be a great opportunity for Palos Verdes homes residents to see some of the biggest local artists of our time. The concert will be held outside with the beautiful coastal waters as a backdrop. You may bring blankets, but no food or beverages will be allowed. There is a $10 entry charge for open seating, or if you desire to have premiere seating, a $20 charge will give you reserved seats and an opportunity drawing. There will be picnic food available for purchase.
Some of the great artists that you will hear are: David Benoit, Paul Smith, Barbara Morrison, Sammy Miller Band, Freedom Youth Combo and the South Bay Big Band. The proceeds for this event will benefit Freedom 4U whose mission is to provide youth programs focused around creative arts where young people can develop their talent as well as enriching their relationships and lives.
