In addition to portions of Palos Verdes Drive North in Rolling Hills Estates being closed this weekend, there will be additional closures next week in Palos Verdes Estates. I received the following message through Nixle (which I signed up for a few weeks ago). Please refer to my prior post with instructions on signing up for Nixle by clicking here. I find receiving these alerts very helpful as I can avoid the detours.
The City of Palos Verdes Estates is beginning a street resurfacing project on some City streets. As a result of the project, some streets may be closed intermittently between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (no weekend days). Please note the schedule for the week of Monday, August 19 – Friday, August 23.
Monday 8/19
Westbound, a portion of PVDN between the City Limit and the Triangle Area
Eastbound, a portion of PVDN between Via Las Vegas and the City Limit
Tuesday 8/20
Eastbound, a portion of PVDN between the Triangle Area and Via Las Vegas
Wednesday 8/21
Both directions, a portion of PVDN between the City Limit and the Triangle Area
Thursday 8/22
Via Almar between Via Arroyo and Via Del Puente
Westbound, a portion of PVDW between Via Corta and Paseo Del Mar
Friday 8/23
Via Corta between PVDW and Via Del Puente
