On Sunday, September 15, 2013, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., the Silver & Sage White Point Home Tour will begin at the White Point Nature Preserve. Palos Verdes homes owners will have the option of driving themselves on this self-guided tour or enjoying the optional courtesy buses starting at the Preserve. Following the tour there will be a reception and silent auction with items such as art pieces, jewelry, vacation homes and other local excursions. The reception ist 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the White Point Nature Preserve, located at 1600 Paseo Del Mar, San Pedro.
This is an excellent opportunity to visit five featured homes with a focus on art, architecture and landscaping. Guests will check in at 1:00 p.m. at White Point Nature Preserve. The reception will take place after the tour, where guests can relax with live entertainment, wine and great food. This year, tour tickets also will allow you to visit the National Watercolor Society headquarters to see artwork by members of the South Bay Watercolor Society. All proceeds from the event benefit White Point Nature Preserve site improvements and habitat restoration by the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy.
