Nicole Fagone, a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and KRI, has over 17 years of experience specializing in Kundalini Yoga, Flow Yoga & Restorative Yoga. This yoga series, “A Journey Through the Chakras,” around the Garden helps to energize and rejuvenate each chakra (energy centers connected to systems in the body, organs and capacities of the psyche). This is a great benefit for the body and mind whether taken in the series or separately. Live music, sound healing and aromatherapy are a part of the experience. The class meets in the Courtyard before going into the Garden.
