Palos Verdes Children’s Birthday Party Locations 2017
Palos Verdes homes owners who are looking for some fun ideas for their kids birthday parties have to only look here on the Peninsula for event locations. Whether you want to put on a party yourself at one of the local parks, or want to take the party to another venue there are numerous choices. Here are just a few:
The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy and Art to Grow On are offering a perfect place to celebrate your child’s special day with an outdoor birthday party. George F. Canyon Nature Center birthday parties are a great way for children to be kind to the Earth and have fun while learning about the environment. The Nature Center provides all decorations to help you keep the party green. They offer their own earth friendly cups, plates and utensils. The birthday child can bring their friends for a unique celebration that lasts up to two hours. It is held in the covered patio which overlooks a grassy meadow. The host family can provide cake and refreshments and use the kitchenette facilities.
The fee is $495 for up to 15 children, and $12 per additional child, and includes a private indoor animal tour, outdoor art studio where you have a choice of activities like the Van Gogh Sunflower or Architect and Engineers project, a naturalist guided walk and additional art stations. It is recommended that children be at least 3 years of age up to 12 years of age. Celebrations can be held Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and Friday through Sunday after 4:00 p.m. The George F. Canyon Nature Center is located at 27305 Palos Verdes Drive East, Rolling Hills Estates. For more information call (310) 541-7613, or visit info@pvplc.org.
