Price per square foot for Rolling Hills houses that sold in the first half of 2017 increased to $801 from $800 in 2016, a 0.1% decrease. Average sale price for Rolling Hills homes sold in 2017 was $3,181,658 compared to $3,509,490 in 2016. The most expensive home sold for $6,200,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,319,000.
