Palos Verdes Celebrates Fall Festival At South Coast Botanic Garden!
Palos Verdes homeowners have a new fall activity to enjoy at the South Coast Botanic Garden. This year the first ever Fall Festival in the Garden will take place on Saturday, October 12, & Sunday, October 13, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to celebrate all things Fall. This would include garden themed jewelry, artwork, food and drinks (available to purchase). The Festival will be featuring pieces from “Hide and Seek: Art Meets Nature,” the Garden’s new art exhibit. This is a special season at the Garden and will includes games and activities for all ages, fall wares, and seasonal harvest beer and wine. You will be able to hop on the tram for a free ride to and from the festival.
Some of the fun that will be taking place is the Fall Plant Sale – featuring plants propagated at the South Coast Botanic Garden. The Garden Craft Sale will feature crafts and wares from their very own craft workshop. There will be rare fruit growers featuring fruit trees and other plants. Ex Libris & Kumlin design will be featuring fall themed garden decor. Pint Fermin will be featuring fall Kombucha and make your own Kombucha workshops. Craft Beer and Wine will be featuring pumpkin beer. And there will be food vendors with fall themed bites and meals.
This event is free with your paid Membership or you can purchase a General Admission Ticket for $9/adults, $6/seniors, $4/children 5-12, and anyone under 4 is free. For more information call (310) 544-1948.
