Palos Verdes Document Shredding & E-Waste Collection Coming in March!
Palos Verdes homes owners in Rancho Palos Verdes & Palos Verdes Estates will be able to dispose of e-waste articles that cannot be picked up at regular trash collections, and 3 boxes for documents shredding. Some of the acceptable e-waste articles include paint, batteries, old televisions and computers.
The City of Palos Verdes Estates will have their annual Shredding and E-Waste collection event on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This event will be held at the Palos Verdes High School parking lot located at 600 Cloyden Road, Palos Verdes Estates. This drop-off is for Palos Verdes Estates residents only. This years semi annual bulky item pick up will be taking place in April. The date will be coming out soon!
The City of Rancho Palos Verdes will tentatively be hosting their annual Shredding and E-Waste Roundup for residents on Saturday, May 1, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Rancho Palos Verdes Civic Center. The center is located at 30940 Hawthorne Blvd, Rancho Palos Verdes. This drop-off is for Rancho Palos Verdes residents only.
For year round Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Waste Disposal, you can go to the Gaffey Safe Center located at 1400 North Gaffey Street, San Pedro. They are open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
