South Coast Botanic Garden Presents Bespoke Picnic In The Garden!
Palos Verdes homes owners can enjoy some fun by visiting the South Coast Botanic Garden for their new Bespoke Picnic In The Garden. This new program allows visitors to experience the 87 acres in a whole new way. You can pick from five picnic themes and let the design team set up a magical day for you and your guests. When you arrive at the Garden, you’ll be greeted by a team member and provided a map for a scavenger hunt that leads you to your picnic location, where a beautifully designed set up will be waiting for you. Bring your own food and wine ($50 corkage fee for up to two bottles), or add on a charcuterie board which can be provided and feeds two for $75.
The themes and locations that you can choose from are: The Farmhouse – by the Lavender Garden, The Glamper – Banyon Lawn, The Parisian – Amphitheater Lawn, The Bohemian – near Palm Garden, and the Artschwager – One on One. They can be held any day of the week with seating times from 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The starting price for two people is $325, with additional add-ons available such as: giant LOVE letters, arch backdrop, Tee pee and others. You are able to have up to 10 guests, and they do need at least a 10 day notice to prepare your picnic. For more information and to submit your picnic reservation, click here.
The South Coast Botanic Garden is located at 26322 Crenshaw Blvd, Palos Verdes Peninsula. Due to limited space, they recommend that you contact the Garden early to make your reservations as there are a limited number of time slots.
