Palos Verdes homes owners are looking forward to the new showings coming soon to the Norris Theatre. They are in the 38th year of fabulous performances at this wonderful location. The Palos Verdes Performing Arts presents world class, professional entertainment at the Norris Theatre. They will be featuring top name entertainment with musicians and theater entertainers. Below are just a few of the special performances coming soon.
Anna Guniushene, will be the features artist on Sunday October 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. The Winner of the 2022 Van Cliburn Silver Medal will be playing Mozart: The Impresario Overture, K. 486, Beethoven: Piano Concerto No. 5 in E-flat Major, Op.73 “Emperor & Mendelssohn: Symphony No. 4 in A Major, Op 90 “Italian.
Boris Allakhverdyan, will be the featured artist on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. As a Principal with the Los Angeles Philharmonic he will be playing his clarinet in Maffe: World Premiere Work, Copland: Clarinet Concerto, Suk: Serenade for Strings.
Christmas with the Nelsons will be featured on December 10, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. This show tells the story of three family Christmases in the lives of the Ricky Nelson Family. This is not merely a concert with a few holiday songs thrown in, but it actually delivers Christmas classics the Nelson family way.
Claire Huangci will be the featured artist on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Winner of Multiple International Prizes for her fabulous piano playing, Claire will perform Arriaga: Los Esclavos Felices Overture, Mozart: Piano Concerto No. 20 in d minor, K 466, Richards: Suite from the Operate “Ballad of Ruth” and Prokofiev: Classical Symphony, Op. 28.
Mike Super is back by popular demand will be showcasing his 2.0 show on January 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. This Americas Got Talent Star is creative, engaging, hilarious and energetic. Mike will take his audience on a journey with illusions and magic. Mike’s production is a lot more than just illusions; its his imitable personality that makes this show experience unique.

From professional theatrical offerings, to rock and roll legends and tribute bands, to chamber orchestra and jazz concerts, to dance acts and magic, PVPA’s Norris Theater has created a home for the arts in our community. PVPA with its three operations – the Norris Theatre, the Harlyne J. Norris Pavilion, and the Conservatory for our youth was built for our community and by our community.
