Palos Verdes residents can enjoy a local hike on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Vincente Bluff Reserve where Los Serenos de Point Vincente volunteers will be taking hikers for a tour of the native plant garden and walk along the spectacular bluff top at the Reserve. This Reserve contains high quality coastal bluff scrub habitat and some unique geological formations. The Reserve itself includes the bluffs of Lower Point Vicente, the Fishing Access property and the habitat areas within the Oceanfront Estates Project. You will also learn about Pacific Gray Whales and their annual migration from Alaska to Mexico. This hike is free and is considered to be an easy walk.
For more information, contact Los Serenos de Point Vincente at http://www.losserenos.org, or call (310) 377-5370.
Parking is available at the Palos Verdes Interpretative Center, where you will meet at 10:00 a.m.
