Palos Verdes homes owners know that summer has arrived when the Malaga Cove Art On The Lawn Shows return for their new season (2023). You can meet with local artists and art collectors one weekend a month from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in a family friendly outdoor environment. The first show will be this weekend on Saturday & Sunday, June 17 & 18, and will continue on July 15 & 16, August 19 & 20, September 16 & 17 and October 7 & 8, 2023.
The Palos Verdes Art Center invites the community to meet with many talented local artists from seven different art groups affiliated with the Center. These groups are Artists Open Group, Pacific Arts Group, Paletteers, Pacific Arts Group, Peninsula Artists, Photographic and Digital Artists, Third Dimension and The Artists of Palos Verdes Studio. These artists will be exhibiting not only paintings, but also photographs, ceramic goods, and custom jewelry. This is all made possible by the support of the City of Palos Verdes Estates. The shows have been a tradition in the community for over 80 years.
Malaga Cove Plaza is located on Palos Verdes Drive West between Via Corta and Via Chico in Palos Verdes Estates. While there, you can take in the historical architecture and landmarks, visit the local gift shop, and enjoy lunch at one of the two local restaurants.
