Palos Verdes residents, who are parents of eighth grade students, have received high school information through their Aeries Parent Portal regarding the designation of their child’s high school choice for September 2025. Palos Verdes High School and Palos Verdes Peninsula High School are having principal forums and will be having tours of the schools for the incoming students. Any current eighth grade student will have an opportunity to enroll under “open enrollment” which means that the students who will enter 9th grade in September 2025, may choose which Palos Verdes high school to attend. Planning for the 2025-2026 school year is beginning and enrollment numbers are critical to effectively prepare for this next school year. You will be able to use your Aeries portal to make you school decisions between February 1, to February 28, 2025.
Palos Verdes Peninsula High School will be holding their principal forum on January 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., in the College Career Center. They will be holding their Open House on February 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. This will be an on campus evening where you will hear from students and faculty about what the school has to offer. Palos Verdes High School will be holding their principal forums on January 15, 2025, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. and February 19, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the College Career Center. They will be holding their Open House on January 29. 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
