Palos Verdes Estates is holding its Annual Hazardous & E-Waste Collection for Palos Verdes Estates residents on Saturday, February 2, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Palos Verdes High School.

Whale watching off the Palos Verdes coast has begun with 195 gray whales spotted since December 1, 2018. Point Vicente Interpretive Center is an excellent spot to view the whales from the land and two local companies have boat excursions that you can book.
