Palos Verdes offers residents free summer fun with Yoga or a Drive-In Movie in the Park.

2016 Palos Verdes Fourth of July celebrations will be held in Palos Verdes Estates at Malaga Cove School beginning at 9:30 a.m. and in Rancho Palos Verdes at the Point Vicente Park/Civic Center at 11:00 a.m.

Fourth of July fireworks 2016 can be seen from Palos Verdes and other South Bay locations. There will be fireworks at 9:30 p.m. off the barge at Torrance Beach,: Redondo Beach's Seaside Lagoon and San Pedro's Cabrillo Beach fireworks shows will start at 9:00 p.m.

Palos Verdes tennis players are getting ready for the 38th Annual Tracy Austin Doubles Tennis Tournament which will be held on July 15 to 17, 2016.

Shakespearre by the Sea will be presenting "Othello" and "Cymbeline" during the month of July and August at three different locations.

South Coast Botanic Garden, located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, offers many activities to enjoy. Check out the new Summer Tai Chi and Yoga In The Garden classes.

Palos Verdes residents can enjoy local swim camps at Peninsula High School and The Jack Kramer Club.

Lunada Bay Homeowners Association will be hosting their summer concerts series at Lunada Bay Park on Sundays: July 17, July 24, August 14 and August 28, 2016.

Los Serenos de Point Vicente is offering a bluff top hike and tour of the Point Vicente Lighthouse and Museum on Saturday, June 18, 2016, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Palos Verdes beaches have once again received a grade of A+ & A+ by Heal the Bay and are on their 2015 - 2016 top honors list. Heal the Bay has been working since 1990 to make sure that beach goers are aware of the possible pollution of their beaches.
