During the month of September 2019, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is offering hikes on Palos Verdes trails - including nocturnal hikes, bird watching, and volunteer opportunities.

The 62nd Annual Portuguese Bend National Horse Show will be held at Ernie Howlett Park on Friday, September 6, through Sunday, September 8, 2019. In addition to horse competitions, this event features an old fashioned hometown fair with petting zoos, pony rides, moon bounces and more.
