Peninsula Seniors lecture series for the month of April 2014 will meet Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Hesse Park in the Fireside Room and includes presentations by Dr. William Ailor, Dr. Shelly Stockwell-Nicholas, John Crayton, Jackie Bacharach & Mark A. Viera. This month Coffee & Cars will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at the Peninsula Center and will feature British cars.
AYSO Region 10 registration is now open for the Fall & Summer 2014 seasons. These programs are open for children 4 to 19 years of age. This year AYSO EXTRA is also offering tryouts for both boys & girls starting on April 5, 2014.
There are several opportunities for children to visit the Easter Bunny in Palos Verdes. Beginning Saturday, March 29 through April 19, 2014, they can visit the Peninsula Center to take pictures and enjoy activities with the Easter Bunny. The City of Rancho Palos Verdes will hold its annual Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza from 10-11 a.m. at the Ladera Linda Community Center on April 19, 2014.
