Palos Verdes High Schools Rank In Top 100

Peninsula High and Palos Verdes High ranked among the best in the nation as reported by Walker Williams, Superintendent of Palos Verdes Unified School District in his recently released update on May 31, 2012.  The Washington Post rankings showed that the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School Districe has received national recognition for their outstanding academic programs.  In the Latest US News & World Report rankings of the nation’s best high schools, Palos Verdes Peninsula High was #23 in California and Palos Verdes High was #53.  In the Washington Post rankings that were just released, Peninsula High was #24 in California, and Palos Verdes high was #61.  Both schools are competing with private schools, small charter schools, academies, and magnet programs across the nation.
