This year the Neighbhorhood Church will be hosting it’s Summer Sunday Sounds on June 23, July 21 and August 18, 2013. This is a great time for Palos Verdes homes owners to sit on the seaside terrace of this beautiful church and enjoy their picnics at 6:00 p.m. The concerts actually begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall and are presented free of charge.
On June 23rd, the guest performer will be Chelsea Williams, who has performed in many locations and on commercials. She has a new album called “Billionaire” in case you want to hear her great voice in advance.
The July 21st concert will be Webster’s Unabridged Big Band, which will be bringing back the sounds of big band with swing, rock n roll and more. This group has been performing together for over 30 years.
On August 18th, Eric Rigler and Friends will be featured. This fun Irish music band will feature Eric on Irish uileann pipes, Scottish small pipes and tin whistles. His bandmates Kira Ott and Jimmy Murphy will be performing with him soundtracks such as Amazing Grace, Braveheart and Titanic. This group is always fun to watch with their fiddles, guitars & pipes.
