Price per square foot for Palos Verdes Drive South houses that sold in the first half of 2013 increased 19.2% to $536 from $449 for the same time period last year. Average sales price for Palos Verdes Drive South homes sold in the first half of 2013 increased to $1,422,860 from $1,276,182 for the first half of 2012. The most expensive home sold for $4,000,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $225,000.

There are 9 single family homes ranging from $1,499,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,556 square foot home, to $5,999,000 for a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 5,000 square foot home.
