Palos Verdes homes owners have a great family opportunity on Saturday, October 19, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Terranea Resort will be hosting the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy and Art to Grow On, Inc. for Autumn Impressions. This fun outing includes a coastal hike along the Discovery Trail to Terranea Resort and also a nature workshop. During the hike, the children will get a closer look at the area and will be discussing the “Leafy Landscapes” which surround them. The beautiful fall colors offer a backdrop of different color palettes for them to experience and enjoy. Then the young artists will take their observations and transfer all their new impressions into their own masterpieces. This is a great event for children over 3 to enjoy. There is limited space and reservations are required. The price is only $25 per family.
Meet at the pelican statue next to the Pelican Cove parking lot between the Pt. Vicente Lighthouse and Terranea Resort. Pelican Cove is located at 31300 Palos Verdes Drive South, Rancho Palos Verdes.
