New Businesses At Promenade On The Peninsula
Palos Verdes homes owners are happy to see new businesses moving into our community. Jujuya by Mako which opened in February is a new Izakaya style-dining restaurant serving Euro-Asian tapas that has received good reviews. El Pollo Inka will be opening this Winter, moving into the old Marmelade Cafe site. This Peruvian style restaurant is owned by the Jaime family and they have six other restaurants in the South Bay. Good Stuff Restaurant which has been operating for over 35 years, will be opening their fifth restaurant here. They are known for their affordable, healthy menu which is served throughout the day. Good Stuff will be expanding at this location with a large banquet room for parties and meetings. They are hoping to be finished with construction and opening in the Spring of 2015.
Felix Design Studio & Day Retreat will be opening a hair salon by October of this year. Robin Felix has been styling in the local area for over 15 years. Dr. Glenn Zeleznick of Palos Verdes Dental Care will be opening up his new dental offices with expanded services. Dr. Zeleznick has been in practice in this area for 27 years. Also Palos Verdes Dermatology Associates will be expanding their current locations here at the Promenade on the Peninsula.
