Abalone Cove Shoreline Park Celebrates Grand Re-Opening
The City of Rancho Palos Verdes and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy are inviting everyone to join in the Grand Re-Opening Celebration of Abalone Cove Shoreline Park. On Saturday, October 25, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the park will be introducing its new picnic and viewing areas, their newly landscaped trails and new native plantings. This is a great opportunity to bring the family out and enjoy an afternoon with plenty of activities for all ages.
There will also be nature walks, food trucks, a beer garden, kite exhibit and a native plant workshop where you can purchase plants. You can enjoy the scenery and see the work that the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy have been doing to sustain our park lands.
Abalone Cove Shoreline Park is located at 5970 Palos Verdes Drive South, Rancho Palos Verdes.
