Palos Verdes Enjoys Live Shakespeare By The Sea!
This is another wonderful opportunity for Palos Verdes homes owners to relax and enjoy outdoor entertainment here on our beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula. This is the 18th year of Shakespeare By The Sea performances, and they will be doing three shows in Palos Verdes.
The City of Rancho Palos Verdes will be presenting “As You Like It” on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Hesse Park Upper Field. The show will begin at 7:00 p.m. and admission is free. Come early and enjoy your picnic dinner outside while you take in the ocean views. You are encouraged to bring blankets or low slung beach chairs. Hesse Park is located at 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes. There is plenty of free parking available at this site.
Terranea Resort will be featuring “Tempest” on Thursday, July 23, 2015, beginning at 7:00 p.m. For this show, you are now allowed to bring in outside food, and you can also purchase food at Terranea. There is a $10 parking fee. Remember you are on the coast, so you may want to wear layers of clothing. You will be sitting in the grassy amphitheater area and blankets and low back beach chairs are recommended. Terranea Resort is located at 100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes.
On Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., Green Hills Memorial Park will be presenting ”As You Like It” in the flat grassy area. This is the second time that the Park has hosted this show. Admission to the show is free, so remember to come early to enjoy your picnic dinner, and you are encouraged to bring blankets or low slung beach chairs. The Park is located at 27501 S. Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes.
