Palos Verdes Concours 2015 Tour D’Elegance
On Saturday, September 19, 2015, the Palos Verdes Concours 2015 Tour D’Elegance will take place with a morning driving Tour followed by lunch at Mar’sel Restaurant at Terranea Resort. This year’s morning event will give the Concours entrants time to relax and get their autos prepped for judging at the Concours the next day. This year’s Tour route will be easier for the older automobiles as it only travels over paved roads.
The Tour will be limited to just 50 vehicles and their owners (or any 2 persons), and will start at Premier Bank located at 4A Peninsula Center, Rolling Hills Estates. You will meet for registration and continental breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m. The Tour’s Grand Marshal this year will be Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe. The “2015 Tour D’Elegance” will be showcasing special points of interest on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, while taking advantage of the beautiful ocean views which surrounds the Peninsula. After a very scenic peninsula driving tour it will finish for a special lunch at Terranea Resort’s Mar’sel Restaurant where they will be serving a “garden to table” luncheon only for participants.
Gather your friends and navigators and join in. This is a pleasure Tour and all participants are welcome. There will be hot rods, classic cars and even the family car is welcome to join in. The entry cost will include lunch and is $300 per auto (2 person), children under 12 ride free. Any additional guests may travel with you enjoying both the tour and lunch for a price of $125. Tickets will sell out so you are encouraged to purchase your tickets soon.
