2015 Palos Verdes homes sales for Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood increased to 33 single family homes sold compared to 26 in 2014. Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in 2015 increased to $778 compared from $703 in 2014, a 10.7% increase. Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in 2015 was $3,116,542 compared to $2,829,452 in 2014. The most expensive home sold for $15,500,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,220,000.
Currently, Monte Malaga has 12 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 12 single family homes ranging in price from $1,535,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,482 square foot home, to $18,900,000 for a 7 bedroom/10 bath, 11,000 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
