Visit The Malaga Cove Lawn Art Shows
Palos Verdes homes owners know that Summer is approaching when they hear that the Malaga Cove Lawn Art Shows are back again their new season. You can meet with local artists and art collectors one weekend a month from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in a family friendly outdoor environment. The first show will be this weekend on Saturday & Sunday, April 23 & 24, and will continue on May 21 & 22, June 18 & 19, July 16 & 17, August 20 & 21, & September 17 & 18, 2016.
The Palos Verdes Art Center invites the community to meet with local artists from seven different art groups affiliated with the Center. These groups are Artists Open Group, Pacific Arts Group, Paletteers, Palos Verdes Painters, Peninsula Artists, Photographic and Digital Artists and The Third Dimension. These artists will be exhibiting not only paintings, but also photographs, ceramic goods, and custom jewelry. There will be approximately 30 artists who are affiliated with the PVAC selling their unique one-of-a-kind goods in the green belt located in front of the Plaza.
Malaga Cove Plaza is located on Palos Verdes Drive West between Via Corta and Via Chico in Palos Verdes Estates. While there, you can take in the historical architecture and landmarks, visit the local gift shop and enjoy lunch at one of three local restaurants.
