Terranea Summer Music Series 2016 At Nelson’s
Terranea Summer Music Series at Nelson’s just started and is a great way to unwind and relax after a long week. For resort guests and Palos Verdes homes owners, Nelson’s is the place where you can enjoy California cuisine, micro brews and spectacular sunsets. With a special view of the Point Vicente Lighthouse and Catalina Island, this unique restaurant is one of the most scenic locations in Palos Verdes. They feature a local live band every Saturday night from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. through Labor Day weekend featuring everything from Hawaiian Reggae to Classic Rock. The music series features local bands every weekend through September, and Nelson’s will be offering culinary creations for your enjoyment.
The list of performers for this 2016 music series are: Kua’ana – Hailing from the island of Hawaii, they bring a Hawaiian reggae vibe to make you fee as through you are on the islands. Everyday Housewives – will be putting on a rock ‘n roll show, with their rabble-rousing frontman, classic guitar attack and atmospheric keyboards. Tight Rope – Tight Rope will rock the house with great dance music with essences of Funk, Classic Rock and Contemporary. Pet the Dog – is a local band that plays acoustic interpretations of classic and 90’s rock with a new age twist. The Belmont Bettys have been seen at many Celebrity Award Shows hosting celebrity jam sessions (and singing with famous celebs) with their extensive repertoire from Classic Rock to Reggae and Blues.
