Palos Verdes Welcomes New Businesses In Malaga Cove Plaza
Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates was built in 1925 and is the home of the famous Neptune’s Statue. It is composed of several buildings in old rustic Spanish Renaissance style with arches that stretch out along its walkways. It is located at the base of the Palos Verdes Peninsula and is an inviting stop before continuing up the hill from Redondo Beach. Until recently it consisted of small retail stores plus Bank of America, Malaga Cove Bank, real estate offices, office buildings and the restaurants Yellow Vase Cafe, and The Ranch Market.
Just recently two new businesses have joined the Plaza family. They are Mama Terano Cafe (in the walkway to the left of Premier Bank) and Premier Bank of Palos Verdes. Mama Terano has another Palos Verdes location in Rolling Hills Estates, and is bringing their homestyle Italian dishes to its cafe style menu here in Malaga Cove. Premier Bank of Palos Verdes has added this location in the Plaza at 36 Malaga Cove Plaza, Palos Verdes Estates. They will be hosting a complimentary pre-Concert in the Park Cocktail Party & Open House every Wednesday in August from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This is a great opportunity for residents to support our “Shop Local” businesses. Whether conducting business, or looking for a great meal, Malaga Cove Plaza is opening its doors for you to enjoy.
