New Businesses Have Arrived In Palos Verdes!
Palos Verdes home owners are noticing a lot of new business activity taking place here on the Peninsula the last few months. At the Promenade on the Peninsula, Elite Dance Studio moved their location from the Brickwalk into a larger second floor space in the Promenade. After years of teaching in Palos Verdes, Dylan Lopez Fiamengo and her daughter Breeonna opened their new dance studio this month in Unit #241, where they offer drop in classes as well as competition dance teams.
A restaurant created by Chef Robert Bell joined the list of Promenade restaurants with the introduction of Plates American Bistro. Located in space #145 (across from El Polla Inka) their menu offers something for everyone to enjoy. It is joining the current restaurants – El Pollo Inka, Good Stuff, Luna Rossa Ristorante Pizzeria, Red Brick Pizza, Rubio’s and Ruby’s Diner to offer diners many food choices.
Across the street at the Peninsula Center lots of activity has been taking place. Chipolte and Habit Burger Grill have finally opened joining the list of restaurants located at the Center: Chicken Maison, Dragon Fly Bistro, Hana Pho Restaurant, Inka Wasi, La Salsa, Pizza Hut, Subway and Jamba Juice.
As a temporary home, Halloween City has taken over the now closed Sports Authority space. Also added to the list of new arrivals the is the Verizon store, Bar Method will be reopening, and G Stage (youth clothing) will be opening before the end of the year. The most talked about addition is the construction of the new Orchard Supply Hardware which is scheduled to open towards the end of January 2016 in the old Cox Communication space.
