Palos Verdes Performing Arts Presents “42nd Street”
Palos Verdes home owners have the Palos Verdes Performing Arts Norris Theatre with its wonderful selection of entertainment to enjoy locally, here on the Peninsula. “42nd Street” is one of the most loved musicals of all time, and a Tony Award musical comedy. This fabulous show will be playing at the Norris Theatre starting today, April 27, 2018, and will run through May 13, 2018. This musical has touched audiences worldwide with its sense of humor, warmth and honesty. This is considered a glittery and glamorous production of the musical comedy classic that tells the story of a young, small town dancer who becomes a Broadway star. The musical is a Tony award winning song and dance extravaganza which features spectacular tap numbers and some of the greatest songs ever written, including “We’re In The Money,” “Lullaby of Broadway,” “Shuffle Off To Buffalo,” “I Only Have Eyes For You” and of course “42nd Street.” This is also a family friendly show and a great opportunity to introduce your kids to a fun night of live entertainment.
