Palos Verdes Firework Shows 2019 Viewing Locations

Palos Verdes homes owners have a great opportunity on the Peninsula to enjoy this wonderful holiday.  Beginning in the morning at Malaga Cove School, Point Vicente Park in Rancho Palos Verdes or an afternoon enjoying music at Terranea Resort there are several day long celebrations.  After dusk, from Palos Verdes we are lucky to be able to watch fireworks up and down the coast in the skies above local South Bay cities.  There are no longer any firework shows from the barge off Torrance Beach. However, you will be able to view fireworks along the coastline from Redondo Beach to Malibu.

The Seaside Lagoon will be celebrating the holiday with their day long  celebration from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  You can enjoy water games, arts and crafts, and musical entertainment.   There is a flat fee of $20.00 for parking at the Marina Parking Lot and Pier Garage.  Ticket price is $25 per adult/$15 for kids up to 12. It sells out early and purchasing tickets as soon as possible is a must.  There will be fireworks set off from that location. For more information on Seaside Lagoon activities click here.

The city of Torrance will be hosting a fireworks show at the Torrance Civic Center.  There will be seating available at the Torrance Toyota Sports Complex located at 555 Maple Ave, Torrance, which will open at 7:00 p.m.  These FREE tickets are available now, and must be picked up in advance from either the Cultural Arts Center Box office at the James Armstrong Theater (3330 Civic Center Drive) or from the Community Services Department located in the West Annex of City Hall (3031 Torrance Blvd).  For more information, call the Community Services Office at (310) 618-2930.  The actual firework show will be starting at 9:00 p.m.

On the other side of the Palos Verdes Peninsula in San Pedro, Cabrillo Beach will once again present their fireworks show at 9:00 p.m.  This is a great place to bring the family to the beach to enjoy the fireworks show.  If the weather permits, from Cabrillo Beach you can also view the firework show off of the Queen Mary in Long Beach.
