Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 19 days of November 2021 are 48 homes which is an increase from the 33 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 19 days of October and an increase from the first 19 days of November 2020 (45). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from November 1st to date is $2,451,197 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,596,042 for this same time period and an increase from $1,933,519 last November.
In November 2021 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $7,300,000 and is located in Monte Malaga and had 4 bedrooms, 8 baths, and 7,800 square feet on a 42,274 square foot lot.
