The Palos Verdes Art Center will be presenting the annual South Bay Orchid Society’s Orchid Show and Sale which showcases dozens of elegant blooming orchids and award winning entries from their own society members – on Saturday, March 25, & Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for Palos Verdes homes owners to meet local commercial orchid growers and learn about hybrid orchids, companion plants, succulents, bromeliads, hoyas, ferns, exotic and rare plants, foliage plants, growing supplies, fertilizer, bark and designer orchids for sale. These growers will offer a variety of unique species and hybrid orchids that do well in our Peninsula gardens.
There will also be volunteer members in attendance to answer your questions. There will be an hourly raffle which will be part of the show and a plant hotel will be available to house your purchases while you enjoy the show. The galleries of the Art Center will be open during show hours and attendees are invited to tour the various works and art exhibits.
Parking is free, and the show and sale are both included with your paid admission fee of $5 for adults and children under 12 are free. For more information click here.
