Palos Verdes homes owners have an opportunity to celebrate Earth Day right here on the Palos Verdes Peninsula with activities taking place at the White Point Nature Center.
On Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, you can Celebrate Earth Day by helping care for the Native Plant Demonstration Garden at White Point Nature Preserve. At the Preserve there will be weeding & watering activities, native plant seed preparation, children’s learning activities at the Nature Center, a guided garden walk, raffle prizes and more. This event is open to volunteers of all ages, however volunteers under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. Sign up at pvplc.volunteerhub.com.
