During the month of February 2019, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is offering hikes on Palos Verdes trails - including nocturnal hikes, bird watching, and volunteer opportunities.

Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Palos Verdes High School are hosting several information sessions and open houses for students and parents in Palos Verdes to assist in their selection of a high school for the 2019 - 2020 school year.

Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District is presenting Kindergarten Parent Information Meetings on January 15 & 17, 2019, and all parents that have kindergarten children entering in the 2019-2020 school year are encouraged to attend.

Christmas is approaching with lots to enjoy here on the Peninsula, like sing-a-longs and Santa visits, .

Santa will be making Palos Verdes visits during the next few weeks beginning this weekend with Breakfast with Santa, and continuing on with a Gingerbread Workshop and other Holiday Festivals with magical snowfall and strolling musicians.

The South Coast Botanic Garden is offering gingerbread house workshops, holiday wreaths, Yoga in the garden, and the Incredible Journey and the Lost Secret of South Coast Botanic Garden. during the month of December 2018.

The Neighborhood Church will be hosting its Annual Christmas Pageant on Sunday, December 9, 2018, 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy Local Area Holiday Fun by viewing the King Harbor Holiday Boat Parade and Sleepy Hollow's Christmas Lights in Candy Cane Lane area.
