Palos Verdes pet adoption will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Hesse Park and is co-sponsored by the Los Angeles Harbor Animal Center and the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.

A Tide Pool Hike at Abalone Cove Shoreline Park in Rancho Palos Verdes will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. will be led by the Los Serenos de Point Vicente docents.

Palos Verdes Santa Visits and Breakfast with Santa in 2012 and other Holiday Traditions.

South Coast Botanic Garden will teach you how to plant bulbs for Spring blooms on Saturday, November 19, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Upper & Lower Meadow will be open for family picnics beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Palos Verdes Holiday Celebrations 2011 dates and times for Tree Lighting Ceremonies, Nutcracker Ballets, Yule Parlor Parade, Peninsula Holiday Parade, PV Symphony Band Holiday Concert, Santa Breakfasts and Santa Visits.

Halloween Spooktacular will be held on October 22, 2011 at the Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall and the Sunrise Fall Festival will be held on October 23, 2011 at Valmonte School in Palos Verdes Estates.

One last summer children's activity will be offered by the City of Rancho Palos Verdes on August 22 to 26, 2011; it is the Underwater Adventures Camp to be held at Ladera Linda Community Center.

Kids Summer Concerts for Palos Verdes homes owners will be held at South Coast Botanic Garden on August 7, 2011 and August 28, 2011.
