Run For Myles 5K/10K & Kid's Fun Run to benefit the Portuguese Bend Landslide Relief Fund will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center.

Palos Verdes Performing Arts (Norris Theatre) will be presenting DSQ the Dallas String Quartet on October 12, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m., THE BEAT GOES ON (Cher) on November 9th, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. and A MERRY ROCKIN CHRISTMAS on December 7, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.

Peninsula Seniors Bohannon Lecture Series October 2024 will be held on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Scriba Family Center, Rolling Hills Estates, and includes "Road Trip Across Mongolia," "Port of LA Gateway for International Commerce," "Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Action," "Rancho Palos Verdes City Update," and "All Hallows Eve." Strides In Recovery/Palos Verdes Trails 5K run/walk will take place on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Ernie Howlett Park.

Palos Verdes Library District's September 2024 Activities Include: Magical Music Storytime, Write on Time, Movies at the Library and a Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

During September 2024, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy offers Guided Walks on Palos Verdes Trails, Nature Club for Kids, Native Plant Sales, Storytime Trails, Outdoor Restoration Activities and Volunteer Trainings & Activities.
