The year is moving by quickly and winter soccer signups are here for Palos Verdes homes owners whose children are interested in playing in the Palos Verdes AYSO Region 10 Winter Soccer U6 through U12. If your child is interested in playing during the months of January and February, now is the time to sign up. Registration deadline is December 6, 2012, with games starting in January for eight Saturday mornings; they are January 5, 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, and 23rd. The games will be held for U6 at Soleado Elementary School, U8 – Point Vincente Elementary School, U10 – Vista Grande Elementary School and U12 Point Vincente Elementary School.
Returning fall season players can go to www.eayso.org log in, and print out player registration forms. The cost is $60 payable to AYSO Region 10. There will be a separate boys and girls division, except for U12 which will be coed. The team selection will be balanced and blind drafted by coordinators. For more information go to www.ayso10.org.
Also if you are interested in watching the King/Queen of the Hill playoffs, they will be taking place this Saturday, December 1st, at Ladera Linda starting at 9:00 a.m., and continuing throughout the day.
