South Coast Botanic Gardens Offer Yoga in the Garden
South Coast Botanic Gardens offer Yoga in the Garden summer series Saturday mornings in July( beginning the 12th) and August. Classes will be held at the Garden grounds and will be taught by instructor Nicole Fagone with Hummingbird Yoga. Palos Verdes homes owners have this wonderful opportunity to exercise in a natural setting instead of a studio environment and you will feel the peace and energy of the gardens around you. The pace and difficultly of these classes are appropriate for most individuals.
Yoga in the Garden will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and each class will explore the different facets of yoga through breath, movement and mediation. This is a wonderful benefit for the body and mind whether you take one class or the entire series. The series cost is $80 members/$100 for non-members. Drop-ins on the day of the class are allowed at $12/class for members and $15/class for non members. You will need to bring a mat, or contact the instructor 2 days prior to class to purchase a mat for $8.00. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and you may want to bring water also.

8/2/14 – Yoga for the heart.
8/9/14 – Yoga for communication.
8/16/14 – Yoga for wisdom.
8/23/14 – Yoga for humility.
8/30/14 – Yoga for happiness
