Construction Hours In Palos Verdes
Many Palos Verdes homes owners have recently remodeled their homes instead of purchasing a new one because of increasing home costs. Although the homeowner is anxious to finish their project quickly and enjoy their newly remodeled home, there are rules limiting when construction hours can occur.
On the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the four city offices have a little different schedule for permitted construction hours. Always make sure you contact the city before beginning any home project.
The City of Palos Verdes Estates’ permitted construction hours are: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday is 7:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Construction is not permitted on Sundays or holidays. For more information, call (310) 378-0383.
The City of Rancho Palos Verdes’ permitted construction hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday’s permitted hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Construction is not permitted on Sundays or holidays. For more information, call (310) 265-7800.
The City of Rolling Hills Estates’ permitted construction hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Construction is not permitted on Sundays or holidays. For more information, call (310) 377-1577.
