Palos Verdes Coffee & Cars Schedule
On the first Saturday of every month, the Peninsula Seniors sponsor Coffee & Cars at the Peninsula Shopping Center. Since summer is here, it is only appropriate that the theme this next month should be All Convertibles – Tops Down. On August 2, 2014, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., you will find these classic cars parked in the center section of the Peninsula Shopping Center with their tops down. So grab yourself a cup of coffee at our local Starbucks and join with other Palos Verdes homes owners to meet and socialize with Peninsula Senior members, their guests and other South Bay area car lovers.
The location is off Silver Spur Road and Hawthorne Boulevard in the city of Rolling Hills Estates. Car enthusiasts will bring their Hot Rod, Custom, Muscle Car, Sports Car, Antique, and other special interest vehicles, to the Peninsula Shopping Center parking lot, where you can walk around and admire the cars, meet the owners and ask them questions. This is a free event and a great way to spend the morning. If you are not over 55 and would like to bring your favorite car to show, you can get an honorary car admission or a “senior-in-training” badge for the event.

September 6, 2014, American Muscle Cars
October 4, 2014. Shelby (Cobra, Mustang, Series 1, Dodges, etc)
November 1, 2014, Chevy Cars & Trucks
December 6, 2014, Pony Cars (AMX, Barracudas, Cudas, Cameros, Challengers, Cougars, Firebirds, Javelin/Mustangs)
