Fourth of July fireworks 2016 can be seen from Palos Verdes and other South Bay locations. There will be fireworks at 9:30 p.m. off the barge at Torrance Beach,: Redondo Beach's Seaside Lagoon and San Pedro's Cabrillo Beach fireworks shows will start at 9:00 p.m.
