The 65th Portuguese Bend National Horse Show at Ernie Howlett Park will start on Friday, Sept 8, thru Sunday, Sept 10, 2023, w/horse competitions, old fashioned hometown fair, petting zoo, games & moon bounces.
During August 2023, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is offering nature walks on Palos Verdes trails, volunteer opportunities, team leader training & native plant sales.
