Due to COVID 19, this year the "The Hills Are Alive" race that benefits the Rolling Hills Pepper Tree Foundation will go virtual starting on Saturday, September 12, 2020.

The Port of Los Angeles' LA Fleet Week activities have been cancelled this year due to COVID 19. However, Battleship USS Iowa has now opened for limited open air tours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

Enjoy horseback riding through the Palos Verdes trails with hourly rides starting from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Palos Verdes Art Center will be presenting online "The Summer Show" at which time you can enjoy the Art Center's eight active artists groups and view their finest works.

Palos Verdes beaches have once again received a grade of A & A+ by Heal the Bay and are on their 2019-2020 top honors list. Heal the Bay has been working since 1990 to make sure that beach goers are aware of the possible pollution of their beaches.

Palos Verdes homes owners can enjoy an outdoor movie "La La Land" at the Promenade on the Peninsula on June 27, 2020, with gates opening at 7:00 p.m.
