Spring School Vacation 2019 is approaching; here are some activities children can enjoy. Terranea Resort is offering a Junior Spring Break Golf Camp and AYSO is offering soccer camps for children from 3 to 16.

Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District is offering a Spring Break Day Camp for students in grades TK through 8 from April 1 to April 5, 2019.

Music in the Garden 2019, will take place at the South Coast Botanic Garden on Sunday, March 3, 2019, from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

During the month of March 2019, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is offering hikes on Palos Verdes trails - including nocturnal hikes, bird watching, and volunteer opportunities.

Join in the fun at Ernie Howlett Park on March 10, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the Family Charity Pi Run/Walk supporting Doctors Without Borders and Heifer International.

Enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival at the South Coast Botanic Garden in Palos Verdes which takes place on Saturday, March 2, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The South Coast Botanic Garden offers a free admission day on Tuesday, Febr;uary 19, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On Sunday, February 17, 2019, Los Serenos de Point Vicente will be offering a Tide Pool Hike, a moderate walk at Abalone Cove Shoreline Park at 1:00 p.m.

Whale watching off the Palos Verdes coast has begun with 195 gray whales spotted since December 1, 2018. Point Vicente Interpretive Center is an excellent spot to view the whales from the land and two local companies have boat excursions that you can book.
